Are there any plans to implement Joke Weapons for glamour purposes? Like comical, impractical things like food or household objects that no one would utilize as weapons.

There's certainly been precedent for it with Square Enix; like in Final Fantasy VII Crisis Core, Zack fights monsters in Costa del Sol with a beach umbrella. And in Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days, each playable character can equip silly-looking weapons; a sandwich instead of a lexicon, a pot lid instead of a shield, a hair dryer instead of a gun, a broom instead of a lance, and so on.

I've seen firsthand how the playerbase loves to joke around with silly-looking glamours, and implementing joke weapons to match is something that will be sure to delight them.

I'd like to see more Gold Saucer additions. I only go to the Gold Saucer for the Mini & Jumbo Cactpots and Chocobo Racing. Have you the desire to add more games, quests, or personal housing? If I want to farm Manderville Points, I find myself doing Triple Triad outside of the Gold Saucer.

While this is no question, I would like to suggest changing BRD's Minuet and MCH's Gauss to a buff that increases all weaponskill potency by 1.x (or 2) for 30 seconds with a cooldown of 5 minutes. It will allow both MCH and BRD to retain their mobility while having the ability to burst damage (and prevent players from spamming it mindlessly) when needed. Also, a buff on base damage by at least 5 - 10% would help as well.

Now for my question: Will we have a journal like tab to see the crafting materials we need for fc crafting while we're out in the field? While it's not annoying, it does help with the QoL since we don't have to go back to the house to check what materials we need and how many we need them.

Are there any plans to make alternate ways to get the 180 gear upgrade items instead of/in addition to hunts?

Are there any plans to adjust laylines so that they move with the player (black mage) or to increase the timer for astral fire/umbral ice so that 52+ Black Mage spells can actually be utilized in upper level content where aoes make them almost unfairly difficult to use?

I'm pretty sure someone in the thread already asked this (I haven't read through the questions), so just in case someone didn't bring it up. Will the esoteric gear look like AF gear like when myth gear came out in 2.0?

Yoshi-P recently made a statement related to bard and their Wanderers' Minuet. However, the Machinist Gauss Barrel Attachment has garnered the same type of animosity from most machinists. It takes a large amount of effort and skill to get the damage output from machinist to be at it's best. This amount of effort feels unbalanced compared to the amount of damage the job can do to the enemy. Are there any plans to make the job require less effort and skill to more appropriately match it's damage output, or possibly increase the damage output of the job to compensate for the difficulty involved?

Would it be possible to get a mount roulette action that picks only from flying capable mounts?

I love collecting and using mounts, and the included mount roulette button was awesome to see in the game without an addon required. Now there's flying mounts, i would love to see the same thing for flying mounts. Right now I have to use only 1 or manually choose a mount each time i mount up in heavensward zones.

Combining "Stance Buttons"

The tanks are receiving multiple stances, but there's no set button to just easily swap from one stance to another. Can you please make a preset button that quickly swaps between the two? This would reduce our hotbars.

Last question, promise: Since we are going to the moon anyway (there is no point denying it) can we get the Lunar Depths as a dungeon?
It's the one at the end of Final Fantasy IV The After Years. Filled with sahagin, lamia and morbols, with bosses liiike Lunar Odin, Lunar Leviathan, Ultima Weapon, Shinryu (as Nova Dragon), Ultros(well, Orthros), Ghost Train, Gilgamesh and Bahamut. Just to name a few.

Thanks for letting us know you're looking at the issues with Bard and Wanderer's Minuet. Could you explain in more detail the intent for this skill and MCH Gauss Barrel? There serms to be confusion whether they should be for sustained damage when standing still ("turret mode") or short burst combos with other buffs. There's also the feeling that if one is made to charge skills like a spell caster the trade off should include damage more like a caster
caster.

Is there a way you can do a Duty Finder too choose friends from other server?
The reason I asked is that I have a couple of friends that are on difrent servers because of the disliking of each other so they went to there own server where they feel the most welcome to but I'm in the middle of the friends line and it made me sad that those friends spilt up to difrent servers. I think there will be more people that feels the same way or have experienced it. I thinking also for the lodestone that you can make friends there from other servers that you know.

Well need to say this that the limit break on lvl 3 is great that everyone have there own unique skill. The only thing that I miss again in a limit break that still are shared. I was hoping when I heard the LB was not be shared aint true at all. That makes me less happy I had really hoped that LB would be for yourself and that you can make a combo out of it with other LB's. To make it more effective. It is again first pressed first serverd. I think that is the way more of teamwork effort then just one hit button for yourself. I just found teamwork lacking. Except for the Healers that put there effort to heal others but for the DPS there is so little role into it. I think allot of people they don't like this at all because, they just want it it easy. I think others still thinks it is great something to do. It feels more teamwork in the party to do some combinations of the LB.

Why is there no snow accumulation in the Pillars in Ishgard? There's frost on the plants, but no piles of snow anywhere. Are there people whose only purpose in life is to clean up the snow? Is there a team of thaumaturges going around and melting it all?

3.0 Level 60 Job Gear

Where's the 3.0 Job Armor?

Are we going to see it from Esoterics, Savage Coil? What's the deal? It was used heavily in all the promo materials, but is currently absent from the game. When can we expect to see it? (If we don't see it when Alex drops)

Can we please get some information on the Musketeer Class, whether it is still in development, and if so do you know when it will come out?

Is there any plans on increasing the amount of exp given in fates/dungeons in the new areas? Getting 1 class/job to level 60 was intense enough with the side quests, but to get 2 purely on fates/dungeons is insane.

When Heavensward was released, many people in all servers noticed a floating polar bear in Coethras Western Highlands before the bug was fixed, and we called them Skybear. Can we have Skybear as a flying mount?

This will seem odd cause it doesn't go in line with how the game is designed. But I'm a big lover of Mulitclass and having the feel of customizing my characters abilities and traits much like in v1.0. Will there ever be a Job that will allows more Multiclass features than having its own job funtions sort of like a Freelancer job?

Can we please have an option to set the ilvl sync when using the "Mininum ilvl Sync" option? For example, setting the ilvl sync in T13 to i110 rather than i123, which is the DF minimum.

Given the feedback regarding DRK, MCH, & AST. Do you plan to incorporate changes to these jobs prior to Alexander Savage?

Both Bard and Machinist are in a bad way right now. Damage is low, playstyle is clunky, and the effort you put in to the job is not reflected by the output. The abilities Gauss Barrel and Wander's Minuet are perhaps the least fun abilities in the game. Why try to force feed that caster concept to Bards and Machinists? The ranged role is basically unusable at this point because it's now a subpar caster. Is there any chance that the design idea will be reversed? It's, in my opinion, the absolute worst aspect of the expansion and has had a very negative impact on my enjoyment of the game.

Will echo be a thing in Heavensward? And if so will you be able to make it where a pre-made party is able to disable echo todo the content at its original difficulty.

Would a mod please edit or delete posts in this thread that contain unhidden story spoilers? T_T

Are there any plans to have one of the new beast tribes introduced in Heavensward help out Disciples of the Land like the Ixal help Disciples of the Hand?

Can you explain the design decision behind Wanderer's Minuet and Gauss Barrel for Bard and Machinist? One of the biggest reasons many players enjoyed Bard was because of their mobility and Wanderer's Minuet directly conflicts with that, forcing a change in play style.

With housing being limited, would you considering introducing personalized Inn rooms with furnishing customization, including interior gardening, for all players to enjoy?

I feel like the classes now have a tad too many abilities. Some of these are a lot of fun! But in other cases it just feels too complicated and unwieldy. Are there any plans to prevent ability bloat as Heavensward goes on?

Could we please have a moderator to remove repeat questions from these threads? Every time we get people who don't even bother to read the first page of questions to see if their question had been asked, and then end up with half a dozen questions about something that has already been addressed elsewhere on the forums. People are clearly ignoring the first post, which specifically requests that people look through to see if their question has been asked yet and then "like" that post instead of reposting the question.

Will the airship be a zoned area?

Honestly, I think people would be a hundred times happier being able to get on a zoned (ie see other FC members) area airship that can fly to all the major city-states and the FC house than anything else. If we can have an airship as large as a mansion, people would spend millions of gil and hundreds of crafting hours.

Are there any plans to implement an A-Z filter for the Free Company member list?

Some Free Companies have lots of members and it's quite frustrating to have to search through all of the names to find 1 person.

Would it be possible to add permissions for each garden plot?

Example: Allow each garden plot to have assignable rank permissions. As in, Plot 1 and 2 are assigned to fc leader/officers only and plot 3 assigned to members. Basically assigned permissions just like the FC Company chest tabs.

Are there any plans to add a Summoning Bell in the workshop? This would be incredibly helpful.
