If you're talking about the wall papers, go on lodestone, log in, click My Site at the top left on the menu bar, then, click the Fire Faire Banner, and if you have all 5 swim suits the wallpaper creation page will be unlocked.

Here's mine. I loved this event, don't care that people thought it was boring. Me and my friends had fun setting off fireworks, laughing at our silly bathing suits and poses.. Just had a good time :)
