The dye and materia System as well as 2 piece armor...

Please seperate my helm from my ARMOR!!! I turned off helm visuals for a reason, and looking at Heavy Darklight Armor, its like an ugly SQUATTED TOAD.

I've played 90+ yes some have clones, but most big named MMO's have very Good customization, best i ever played was Champion Online but Guildwars 1 and 2, The Secret World, Perfect world and many others had customizations..

No idea what that Video is, but yes we need that in this game ASAP.

Well, apart from the gradient selection shown there... That's basically what we already have, albeit on a piece that's not dyable in game.


A single part of each piece of the outfit dyeable.



Being able to dye more than one selection of the item would be nice... for example, on the chest piece, the black leather, the metal bits, the strapping, the pouch... there are plenty of customizations that 'could' be done.

Hopefully vanity slots will help out with this stuff. But.... Still going to be stuck with a helmet I cannot hide... So dumb SE...

I do think I found a reason why they did it though...

I can't seem to find a piece of gear for every slot with +Parry on it. Im always stuck with 1 slot with no parry. The 2 Piece stuff could be there because they designed itemization so that you can't get a piece of gear for every slot with X stat on it. Even so.... Dumb.

What's wrong with having +parry on every piece as a war?

Yeah I really hope they do something about the two piece Darklight gear. Even if they make the DL chest/head just a chest and the dl legs/feet just legs and we have to refarm for helm/feet I am cool with that.

Yup they stuffed materia and crafting up big time, I almost prefer the tragic mess that was the materia system from 1.0.

Dying seems ok to me, but agree they need to expand it to U/U and 50+ items as well.

It's not useless when you hit 50. I'm using dyes and materia all the time. I use it so much to the point where I'm always low on gil. There would be no point in crafting at level 50 if DL and other dungeon drops could be slotted with materia.

No results.

Please know what you're talking about before complaining. You can dye these sets of gear. You can also add materia to these sets of gear. When doing so, it makes it better than darklight, but not as good as AF+1 or Allag gear. It's just retarded to make, but that's besides the point. The items are there. You just need to make them.
