I was hacked on Thursday night. As of right now it looks like I won't have a proper resolution for a week. SE's customer service for this game is a nightmare to try and navigate. I've made numerous tickets only to get the same generic response on them by email. Finally got through to tech support on phone after an hour on hold. Told that the account was banned and the issue is being escalated. Could take 1-2 weeks. If I'm losing 7-14 days of my free trial time, I hope that they compensate me for it.
