U post in JP and they look into the service provider and fix the compatibility issue ?
Why did they even open a NA EU branch if this is how its handled.

I don't think that was it, because checking Starlight's posts showed she didn't post over there, and she's based in the US. At least, I think she is, as she has RCN as a service provider. No idea why this suddenly just started working for us. I was finally able to run two instances with no issues whatsover. It's a bit bizarre.

***UPDATE***

as of Saturday Sept 7th, 2013, I logged on at 9am EST , and now it's almost 2pm EST,
no lag or disconnect so far.

Yes, I'm the the US and have never posted on Japanese forums. I have played the game a few more hours and had zero lag with lag or being disconnected.

Did you do anything in attempts to fix it? Or, does it just seem to be working at the moment?

NO, nothing.
I have RCN and located in NYC.
I just logged on this morning and it work, now 7 hours without lag or dropping
