Some people can be pretty mean

I used to like cross server finders but after seeing all the bad experiences people (and myself) had gone through, I agree that DF must be server only.

This is going to allow an actual community to build in the game. Trolls and Griefers will find that they are blisted left and right and have no choice hit to reroll or move servers.

I would agree with this as well, as there have been many times that the people I roll with in duties I try to friend or invite to my FC.
But then I realize they are on a different server.

Although, this mechanism does provide a vast pool to draw from for putting together a duty party.

Lack of communication is probably the most annoying aspect of this for me. For example, in the endgame dungeons (AK/WP etc.), some teams AOE the trash, some teams sleep and kill one by one, some teams skip them all together. I joined WP as WAR today...nobody says a word...and on the first set of mobs I Overpowered because most teams I'm in just AOE everything. I got bitched out by the WHM, saying I need to learn my class and how noob of a tank I was, then dropped from the team lol. Because of my history with MMOs, I wasn't phased at all by that retard, but I feel really bad for the new people that have to face this.

Make the duty finder one server only. Anyone acting s fool get labelled by the whole server and can never find a group again. I don't understand how you thought this was a good idea. Sure, it would slightly alleviate rudeness. It would also massively prolong queues and completely screw over smaller/emptier servers.
WoW has nothing to do with this, take your bitterness elsewhere.

Cross server has everything to do with the rudeness. Nobody has to take accountability over their actions. Therefore you just run into a bunch of dickheads

Ill warn everyone right now you insult me in a dungeon ill get my crap get you to the boss and warp out I have done it before i will do it again to rude parties. I am sorry if this is considered inexcusable but I don't play this game like it is a job i play it for fun to relax. i will also be sure to wait until it looks like we will be the mob then just leave turn about is fair play.

Last time that I checked the dungeons were all about team work and thats why they have a duty finder... Whether your a tank DD or healer your job is to work as a team and have a good time... Blaming other people or letting someone be abusive to your teammates isn't right... Maybe the other 3 should step up and say something in the dungeon so the aggravator learns something... I always use positive energy to all my teammates after all without me they would be dead and without them I would be dead... Its a game people made to have a good time people seem to forget this...

If I was that tank I would of just left, let the jerk have wait for a new tank or party.

Not only do tanks have to hold agro, DPS also need to watch and manage their threat too. It goes both ways. Its a team effort and if one member of the team is being like the OP said then he needed to be reported for harassment.
