Not Registered? i was playing yesterday....

Okay so does people who bought the $30 version get 30 days free, or only the people who bought CE? And also either way, how would I setup a subscription?

The code (at least for PC Digital download) has been emailed to you. Make sure to check your Spam folder as it is where it was stored for me, and apparently, many others. And no, you don't need ARR CE to get your 30 days free (i got myself the standard edition). When you go on Mogstation, make sure not to click on "Add new service account". Rather, click on the icon located on the bottom left of the page (the icon is the same used for Story quests). Input your registration code, and voilà!

Good luck they only typically hold orders for 3 days. I was playing on early access till yesterday basically. I bought a retail copy at a games top but I had to drive 80 miles round trip. Since they stopped taking digital orders the physical retail copies have become an endangered species.

I should mention that I outside a larger city and there are 25 game stops within 20-30 miles none had a PC copy.

Now the Bonus package has a code underneath it, but the PC Download did not. So I went to the link for findmyorder.com (which may not be the same for you if you ordered it through a different store than I did), entered my email and partial credit card info, and got to a page which has the code under "Serial Number". Entered that in the Mog Station as instructed above and it worked.

EDIT: Now to go get some Error 1017s!

I've never had a more confusing experience getting started/playing any game. Their setup is the worst ever.

I'm not sure where you're looking but I don't see anything that looks like the Story quest icon. I see buttons like Add New Service Account, Add Windows Service, Etc. I'm on MogStation. Also I'm not exactly sure what my "Registration code" is.

Problem

- Ordered from the SE store, digital PC version (a while ago)
- Entered early access code (during last phase of Beta)
- Played during Early Access until yesterday (Aug 29, 2013)
- Status is "Inactive" on Mog Stations and the game prompts me to enter a registration code today (Aug 30, 2013)
- It seems that I have not received a registration code by email

Solution

Option 1
1) Look in your spam folder in the email that you used to pre-order (it may be different from your account email)
- Subject: Square-Enix, Inc. - Product Now Available (Order #...)
- From: webhelp.v4@digitalriver.com
2) Enter "Digital Rights" code, which is included in the email, when the game client promts you to do so
3) Click Next, then Play

Option 2
1) Go to store.na.square-enix.com/orders
2) Enter email and partial credit card information
3) You'll see the same information that your email has in Option 1
4) Proceed starting from Step 2 in Option 1
