Unable to login - error 10102

Took the boat was disconnected and now got error 10102 everytime

Getting both 90000 error and 10102 error when trying to login

I don't even remember what was I doing. I think just being AFK and then got 9000 error. After trying to log in a few hours later I'm getting the 10102 error now.
