There are some new replies from Naoshi today.. :p (about crafting and grand companies "info date" i think.. and he speaks about a possibile battle-system Roadmap)

This is the gist I got from those:

1. He does have plans for crafting classes/the economy
2. He wants to go into details about the battle system/crafting in his next letter
3. Info on companies will be released next week.
