This will have a great impact on player-base if the PS4 is released in the next year, due to people trading in their PS3s to buy a new console.
Will the issue of "gear used in lower levels often being skipped over until cap necessitates upgrades" be addressed? Such as an exponential increase in enemy strength requiring players to keep their gear up to date? Otherwise, most lower level gear will never be used because it won't be worth it, levelling past that level range too quickly and unable to sell the gear on to put the funds towards what is needed for the next upgrade.
