What do you expect? It fully carries the stigma of 1.0 to the uninformed and there's virtually no advertising of the reboot.

Just because you uncheck boxes doesn't mean they don't keep the information you give them forever. Not every site lets you close your account and even some that do don't actually delete your data if you do close it.
