While I always support improving games accesebilety so even people with bodely limitations can enjoy them, this should always be and option and be forced as the norm.
Give everyone the tooles to compete for the same goal and do not lower the goal line.
For how design seems to be currently handeld for Jobs the Devs aim for it beeing so simple and streamlined that even the biggest idiot can do them without having to think, and I am a hard beliver in the phrase that, if you make the world Idiot proof the world will make a better Idiot.
I'm 7 pages of discourse late to this party, but didn't the community already make its distate for a one-button rotation abundantly clear when the healers all went on strike for only having one button to press 99% of the time?
I think it's perfectly okay to have that. It will allow extremely casual people and those who have health issues to also enjoy the game more. In WoW, if I am not mistaken, doing Mythic+ while using that tool is just not possible, because the damage difference is just too big. WoW rotation it's proc-based + priority-based, which makes the auto rotation extremely suboptimal, unlike FF14.
No, absolutely not.
Can't believe people are actively against reducing button bloat.
Another fat L for this community, actively against anykind of change and improvement
