You do know that any item on the WoW store can also be obtained via buying WoW tokens and exchanging them for Blizzard balance right?
So let's do a little math then shall we? The WoW token is exchangeable to $15 on your battle.net account for 271,388 gold at this moment. So at this amount it would take 6 WoW tokens to hit $90. That means this lovely Bronto can also be obtained for 1,628,328 gold which is a hell of a steal compared to the original bronto mount as you cited.
My point here is you could also obtain this mount with gold, something that is not possible in 14 at all. Is the $90 bronto an egregious addition, yes it is. I would argue though then the fact 14 has shop exclusive movement speed increasing mounts and the only 8 seater mount in the game (unless DT added one I was unaware of) is also rather egregious especially consider I can get that bronto for gold as noted in the math earlier.
