Mount Tilt Changes

I think this issue highlights the core issue SE has... they fail at nuance these days...

I needed the mount tilt option to be toggled=off, but I only needed the option. They didn't need to hardcore nurf it for everyone else, just let me turn mine off...

But we see this same core issue with jobs, with instances, with... well, everything that requires some kind of middle ground for players across an entire spectrum of playstyles. They go all-in on one ideology to the point that it gets absolutely ridiculous. Mount tilt to the point that it's terrible for some players, and then take it away so the option to toggle-off is barely needed at all. This is the way SE operates, but they'd better get it through their thick skulls that the biggest community-wide gripe is a lack of options... be it in content, in job flexibility+kit, or simply in tiny inclusions like the mount tilting...

SE lacks nuance, and as a byproduct so do the players on thie forum who feel the need to protect certain features before those features get gutted or nurfed to high heaven too. There HAS GOT to be a middle ground, and SE needs to find that middle ground...

This mount tilt change is just a byproduct of that same core issue... no nuance from SE when implementing a fix...

I want 7.0's mount tilt ratio to return.

I've noticed the change finally and gosh....it's so sad. I LOVED the tilt. I use to just tilt back and forth cause it was so nice to look at. Made flying even the less cool mounts more fun. Now, riding my Rathalos or my Ruin Wings is just so boring. Feels like it used to be. I don't know why they didn't just have an on/off option, or a way to have varying levels of it like none > medium > high.

Please bring the old Mount tilt ratio back, it also can be optional to change the rate. It was so much fun to fly and ride the through landscapes. :(

It would be nice if you can change it per mount each, but a overall option would be nice enough.

I too prefer the previous mount tilt, it wasn't around for very long and I liked it a lot.

I adore the current mount tilt and thought the previous was far too sensitive, but an option to toggle between off/7.0/current would be good.

as usual, with SE its all or nothing. instead of an on/off switch, they nerfed it into oblivion.

I enjoyed it, some didnt. so instead of making the most happy, by keeping it for the ones that liked it, and having a switch for those that didnt.... well, we see the result. as someone said.. nuance is lost on SE.

with that attitude in the corporation, I dont see a happy future for 14.

When DT first opened up, I didn't know tilt was coming, and I thought the problem was me! I thought I was phantom drunk or experiencing some kind of mental aberration untill I fully noticed what was new. It was hilarious when I did!

Adding my bump to this. Why was this nerfed so bad when the toggle was added? Makes no sense, I see no difference, it's like the toggle is broken in the off position.
Please bring back the tilt, it felt nice when I was flying my HW birds around. Give us back our mount tilt SE!

Still thinking about this and quite upset at how much they changed it. Of course I understand why they had to change the tilt, but this was truly an overcorrection I feel. I felt the absence of the old tilt quite a lot today after finishing the latest patch and wanting to fly around the zones one more time. It just feels like its barely there now, like yes I can see it but I can't "feel" it anymore like I used to. I don't think they'll ever revisit this again sadly, but I really do wish they would, because it made flying so much fun for me in the brief period that it was around. I wish we had options for this, instead of the harsh black and white that we have today.
