Leave any savannah/desert scenery at that. Ironically I normally don't like the color brown myself (don't ask why, I just don't and can't pinpoint my reasoning for it), but I do like it for a scenery palette.

Rocks, Door Beams, Lamps, are you serious? who the hell walks around and goes ohh that's a pretty rock or that door beam is beautiful. if those are your only examples you've proven my point. instead you should use better examples like the water wheel in Gridania, or the Jewel smashed into the tree also in Gridania. that's the style people notice not some doorbeams and lamps.
Have you ever played any other MMOs except this one OP?
Cause u should if you haven't...

Anything becomes dull with repeated exposure, regardless of how amazing it is. So the copy-pasted landmasses of FFXIV present an issue in this regard, but the fact that they are so intricately designed, even on the umpteenth visit, there's always some new item to take account of, and marvel at. The level of detail is always still striking, to this day.
This is what's wrong with many other MMOs. On first glance it's interesting, on second glance it's already boring because there's no intricacy in the design. In FFXIV, although there are copy pasted segments of landmass, the original places have more longevity by virtue of the fact that they are so expertly crafted.
