Yeah, I kinda thought Garuda's design was inspired by some of Fred Perry's LvLUP! Comics myself. :3

Totally just did not quote that post just to see more of that lovely... modeling.

Sounds like RSE will be starting gear, but then wasn't there something about in CC you could choose your starting gear?
