House Lotteries Rolling 0

Okay so here's the problem. 6 of my FC members put a bid on plot 60 of ward 6 in Empyreum. I myself wasn't able to due to not having funds.

I and one of my FC mates checked the placard after the drawing was over to see results.
I got the message of "there were no participants" and they got the message of "the winner is 0" which shouldn't have even been an option since there were a total of 7 bids. (One had already been there when we started bidding)

What are possible next steps? Can the system be manually rerolled so our FC house might be relocated to the ishgard housing?

Same for my FC, plot had 5 bids, all 5 bids were members of our same FC across different accounts; received Winning Number #0 and then view lottery results says "there were no participants in the lottery" despite the placard also saying "Current participants: 5".

3/3 entrants were from my FC, 2 have checked, winning ticket: 0

These two had their gil refunded, the 3rd member is holding on to theirs for now.

1. Enter lottery.
2. There are no other participants for the entirety of the 5 day waiting period
3. On collection day, receive a pop up saying "The winning number is... 0. May you have better luck in the future!"

Mine was the only bid, the "winning number" was 0, and it now retroactively says there were no participants.

Can confirm this happened with my fc. 0 was the winning number. 9/10 bids were me and fc members in Ishgard Housing ward 10 plot 60 in Zalera.

We were 5 people from the same FC entering the lottery on a large plot, and got winning number 0.

Steps:
1. Entered lottery the day before the last hotfix, 5 people bid. No other people put in an entry, making the total number of entries 5.

2. When the winning number was drawn, it says "winning number is ... 0! Better luck next time" despite having 5 lottery tickets to draw from.

Siren as well. Almost all plots.

Can confirm the same issue for Lich.
Sad, hope they fix this issue quickly.
