You're making stuff up in your own head. I can't speak for anyone else but I use my house everytime I log on. I've spent ages and a small fortune decorating it. I do all my crafting there, I practice my rotations there and its where me and my brother hang out and chill. My brother even spent real money on furnishings. If I dont play for 45 days its gone, thats ridiculous especially in a game that promotes breaks.

People sometimes have to cut back on bills and this game might be one of those bills. People aren't trying to be spiteful to you personally, the system just sucks.

I am saying that your suggestion and post lacks empathy and compassion, YOU were the one who took it to the level of "you're sitting there doing nothing but being smarmy".

And again.. you make assumptions you have no basis for. I use my house constantly. I like shuffling around my basement to be a creepy dungeon, I like roleplaying puttering around my "room" and playing with the decorations I've gathered. I use the NPC's I've placed for mending, crafting, gardening, and managing my retainers, I use the FC box to transfer items to my other characters. All in all I feel I utilize my housing pretty consistently and I have put a considerable amount of effort into having the house I want in both location and size.


I get you're sour about NOT having a house. That's understandable, but this doesn't mean SE shouldn't do this one little courtesy thing when a widespread event causes issues for people who potentially have financial or other considerations that may keep them from the game for an extended period of time.
