Direct X 12 Support and Infrastructure plans for the future.
As the game ages and new companies move forward with technologies such as DLSS and ray tracing I would really like to know if the developers plans for this game is to let it age as is until it becomes replaced or if there will be an effort to make sure it keeps up with new technologies?
Most long term players put heavy emphasis on Glamours, Housing and Aesthetics because it is one of the few things to do and farm once the MSQ is done and the raid tiers are cleared.
While new content is fun and the way the story line is told has become brilliant I cant help but feel that Graphics are massively important to me and a huge set of the gaming community as we have just witnessed from the incredible demand for Nvidia's new graphics card launch.
I would love to hear a statement from the Developer Team to do something to update the game graphically or at least the assurance that no such plans are in the work so I no longer have to wonder. Open communication is very important and this topic has always remained in abstract terms.
GPose related Question #1

I will start off by saying that GPose is by far and away my favorite feature of FFXIV. I was introduced to the concept of "in-game photography" in Dragon's Dogma and Grand Theft Auto V, but FFXIV's GPose feature is the most robust in-game screenshot tool I've encountered in any game thus far. I've appreciated all the updates that have been made to GPose since it was introduced. I've entered almost every Screenshot contest that the NA community has held, so I've spent a lot of time playing around with all the options.
* On to my first question... Would it be possible to add an Ability selection feature within the GPose interface? (Similar to how we can change characters emotes within GPose)
It'd be nice to be able to play with different battle animations in GPose after dungeons/trials/raids in some of arenas without the limitation of only being able to use the last ability used by the character in battle (or abilities that don't require a target).
It'd also be extra nice if this menu included all versions of abilities a class/job would have access to (i.e. Stone I, Stone II, Stone III...) and all versions of the Limit Break. Limit Break screenshots are fun... but it's very tense in battle (especially as a tank or healer) when the boss get's down to less than 5% and no one has LB3 yet... and you start to wonder... "can I get away with using the LB3 now and not doing anything else til the battle is over so I can play with the animation in GPose afterward? What if I use it then something goes wrong and I have to use other abilities? Then I've 'wasted the LB' and wasted my opportunity to play with it in GPose."
To me it sounds like a simple menu to add... but are there factors I'm not considering that would make this difficult to implement?
Grand Company Ranks and Content
Since early on in ARR the max rank attainable in Grand Companies has only increased twice from 2nd Lieutenant to what is now the max rank of Captain. Is there any plan on bringing out more content and ranks in a speedier fashion? At the current rate, we might (if ever) get to the max rank in about 15 to 20 years.
