Can we get a BLU level skip potion?

I'd take a potion to forget about blue mage and remove it from my job list. .

Honestly leveling it is the easiest out of all the jobs, just spam your most OP skill, which for quite a while will just be one skill :rolleyes:, over and over and over for about 1 to 2 hours in high density areas. Grab a chocobo. Don't even need friends, faster with others though.

Leveled blue mage legitimately, saw that it's going to be mechanically incredibly spam and imo just bad design unless you go PF or charity via friend, watched some streams of it at 'peak', stopped at 58, as I realized they are probably seeing whenever I abuse it for the reward of an item (not because I like the job) as a tacit approval of the job. So I stopped touching it (even if there are some use cases). Want the seals or the quick moogle stones, so I considered it for that- but not as notice to SE that I think they did good. Which to be clear I rarely suggest they did bad, I'm not one to play a game I think is bad so I can bash it- in general the game is very good, most of my posts are either doing more of something good, new features for goof or fun, or even compliments, I however have very negative feelings to what they achieved, or lack there of, with blue. Unlike other content which I've no interest from the beginning so 'don't play it' is just fine in this case I had a clear and longterm interest with blue. Also not an issue of leveling either since I've leveled every single other job to cap and like all of them more than what they did with blue (DoW, DoM, DoH, DoL).

We had two dead months where there was practically NOTHING to do, why didn't they take advantage of that time to level up a Blue Mage? It took me a week and had a ton of fun (legally) and two weeks for all abilities.

The game have a lot of dead periods.

PD:, I levep up from 50 to 60 just doing dungeons and looking for skills.

Because it's easier to sit on the forums and complain about the lack of content you want instead of experimenting and learning things outside of that comfort zone.

It won't happen simply because BLU is just side content. Its not a job used to do the MSQ and will never be up to the current content. It's simply something extra. Going and leveling your BLU is what you do when you either have nothing else to do or make that decision to do it regardless.

If people want to invest their money toward a quick boost as opposed to investing a handful of hours toward grinding it the usual way - I say let ‘em.

It’s not like it’ll equip em with all the spells. Plus a bit more money that can go toward the game won’t hurt.

Is it a silly decision? From my perspective - yeah - but seeing how limited the job is it won’t do any excessive harm.

It takes maybe an hour, tops. There's really not much content that the job offers beyond leveling so not sure what you'd stand to really gain from this.

Not cheating, or exploiting, it's using the tagging system.

You tag with flying sardine whiile being followed by a SCH, they shield you and kill it, since you have it tagged, you get the EXP and credit.

You can speed level any class this way to 60 and it's not really any different from being POTD/HOH carried.

It's not even that complicated. Literally just tag it with Flying Sardine then have ANY other job with you (preferably ranged) kill it. I've helped level people while playing 80 DNC
