I like where this is going.
Add a little bit more drama when switching jobs will be better than the boring animation we have now. again of course nothing exaggerated. It just needs a little more salt and pepper in the spice.

Also, off topic, a further suggestion would be to add cross-class titles. Example:
50 Blacksmith + 50 Armorer + 50 Alchemist = Fullmetal Alchemist title
...and since SE owns the rights to the FMA name, PERFECT!
