You can't be the dead weight if you never play the job. It's all about that amaro anyways.

I like this idea, as long as you can decline. I mean it'd probably give me something to do other than AFK around housing wards lol.

But then it doesn't become Roulette Conscription anymore. It becomes Roulette Request.

Which, in a funny way, is like an advanced version of in-prog roulette.

An OPTIONAL prompt, maybe, saying "Hey! There's a shortage of Tanks and the queue is empty! Queue up now and receive ______!"
