Last one: Tank. Did a really good job with his cooldowns, managed to make healer's life a lot easier and everything went smoothly and fast.
I used to give comms to healers frequently but ever since Shadowbringers hit, healers seem to be a bit on edge and the passive aggressive meters are very high. Don't know why though, it's just happening.

Comm'd a DPS, because they never get comm lovings that much.

Why did I comm them over the others? They weren't a douchelord.
-
I keep on comm'ing raid healers that don't let me eat dirt for longer than swiftcast CD haha.

I only give away commendations if people deserve it.
If they slack and/or not contributing at all (example, doing the bare minimum or not listening after explainign dozens of times) then imo they dont deserve a "good job" token.
DPS not executing proper rotation despit not beeing a new person to the game, healers refusing to do their main job... the list goes on.
Its fairly easy to recognize if somebody does at least average and is actually contributing torwards the grp, those are the one who i give a comm.
I am not expecting them playing their job at the 100% limit, but i do expect them to carry their weight... I am NOT Rewarding lazyness.

Big DPS that I uh....read through the battle chat and guessed with =X

usually I comm a DPS player cause we dont get many comms compared to heal/tanks
last comm was given to a tank who dropped his stance in a MSQ roulette when it was pointed out that both tanks had their stance on (honestly they were the better tank IMHO but props for team playing)
