Heck, votekicks in that game were a "for the lulz", had seen vote kicks pass because "I don't like blood elves" and boom, player gone just like that.

See.. i was with you until here, and I'm pretty sure that nothing happened to you, or at the best charitable outlook; something did, but you're hiding your actions in the matter because it would look negatively on you.
As for this event being considered "PTSD Triggering", well.. it doesn't make you look like you're doing this in good faith; but that's just me.
