Description: On the surface the Order of Stormguard is a group of mercenaries who help the City-States and individuals in exchange for gil. Everything from finding lost pets to battling the strongest of enemies, the Stormguard have a history of decimating all opposition. Although their innerworkings remain hidden from the outside world, their newest Highguard Fulminata, Seraphine Cerius, has lifted some of the secrecy surrounding the group in order to enlist more capable soldiers, crafters, and line their coffers once more.
