In order to keep the healers balanced Stratagem is now 15 sec cooldown and Embrace deals 100 potency damage to each enemy within range of the heal.

White Mage gets Stone V, same potency as Stone IV but this time it inflicts Heavy.

All is as it should be

There, now there's no need for any other healer in the game~

In all honesty, the thing they could do to disappoint me the most is no new healer job.

WHM:

Assize is too powerful and convenient as a single skill.

So SE removes it turns it into three separate skills that work as a chain skill combo and as a bonus, they are now GCD skills. They also add some new skills that help express the feelings WHM players have had about the class.

Lvl 72 - Assidamage: Performs the wide range damage attack of the former Assize skill. 300 potency. Damages the WHM with 300 potency as well. Costs 10% of mana.

lvl 74 - Trait: Curse of the Lilly: When proc'ed, grants the WHM 3 Lillies. Inflicts the debuff "Wilting Petals".

Wilting Petals: Lasts 10 seconds. When this debuff runs out, the WHM will lose 25% of its HP.

Lvl 76 - Assicure: Performs the wide range heal of the former Assize skill. Potency 300. Costs no mana. Can only be used after casting Assidamage. 100% chance to proc. "Curse of the Lilly" trait.

Lvl 78 - Assimana: Restores 10% of Mana like the former Assize skill. Sacrifices HP by dealing 300 potency damage to the WHM to accomplish this. Can only be used after casting Assicure. Dispels the "Wilting Petals" debuff.

Lvl 80 - Witness Me: When the WHM reaches 10% HP or less, this skill automatically activates. Inflicts "Cage of Thorns" on all party members. Inflicts "Scream of Thorns" on the WHM.

Cage of Thorns: A cage of thorns surrounds each party member and forces them to turn towards the WHM. The cage of thorns is impenetrable, making all party members invulnerable to enemy attacks. Drains 10% of the contained players HP every 5 seconds to maintain the cage.

Scream of Thorns: The WHM gives up on living and screams for 30 seconds, inflicting daze on everything in a 100 yalm radius. The WHM then explodes in a storm of deadly thorns dealing potency 9,000 damage to everything in a 50 yalm radius.

TLDR; WHM continually casts its new skills in a chain, slowly killing itself until it activates Witness Me and explodes from depression.

You may have found the niche for WHM, make all skills it learns from quests role actions thereby making it the only class not to get any skills from job quests. It also becomes the only job not to get a cap skill at 80, but as a plus PI is actually made useful as a role action.

New WHM dps spell : Salt. Automatically kills the other healer in the party if it is a SCH or an AST.
