Something different to all the character design requests..... easier access to the detailed naming lore information that a new player is otherwise unlikely know until well after they've created their character.
Obviously not everyone will care about it, but have it visible for those that do. Particularly since some of the naming conventions actually affect information about the character - Moon Keeper family name patterns for example.
Making the random name generator more prominent would also be helpful - as would a review of the names on the lists, since some are used for important NPCs.
I'd like more hairstyles that take Miqo'te ears into consideration. Most of the newer hairstyles just have the ears kinda glued on top.

Can we get a lipstick option that keeps the texture of our lips, like a lip stain?
Age slider... to make our characters from young adults to grisled veterans...
The extra-weird thing with that bun hairstyle is that there's already a precedent in-game for simply not including the buns on the Miqo'te version of a hairstyle - specifically the one used for both Y'mhitra (at Apkallu Falls) and Momodi (Ul'dah Adventurers Guild).
Wish I could like this comment 1000 times. Would be great if they could add this or like 2-3 hair lengths.
Btw to people asking for sliders..it won't work, they create one clothing that fits all races the same way so sliders do nothing. This is the real reason they haven't made butt slider.
Basically they would have to make every leg gear race specific and the server will explode if that happens.
I don't think that can be right. Already some characters have very different proportions (eg. male Roegadyn versus 'standard human' shape) so if there is only one model of the clothing there is already a lot of scaling going on. However, regardless of whether there's one model or multiple ones, it might require *rebuilding* those models to make them affected by hypothetical new customisation settings.
The one clothing-affecting slider currently in the game is the bust setting for female characters, and that does make a visible difference to gear. (And not only the race-specific starter gear and hempen camise, as I've seen suggested elsewhere at some point.)
Also personally I have no desire to see a butt slider added because I don't want to have to make an actual decision about that.
