SMN - Most Glaring Issues

Coming here to chime in on the Bane nerf...I think Bane should be reverted at least partially. Especially for the sake of Scholars. It makes DoTs far too weak. According to the math, Painflare is almost always better.

Bahamut is a dragon with wings...why not have him hover over the battlefield when he's summoned instead of hugging the ground? Removed the obstruction in a thematically-friendly way.

I think your numbers are exaggerated. if you were pulling 3800 dps you would be in the top 20 of summoners worldwide.

Painflare is always better unless it's something crazy like 7 or more adds that live long enough for the dots to tick.

Loss of a full dot AND increased damage reduction?

Painflare on three adds is 600 potency. Bane on three adds takes your dots on one of them and spreads it. So it's only really the damage on the other two. 80 and 64 potency ish per tick. Takes bane 12 seconds to do the same amount of damage. Better off just dotting adds individually and painflare.

I think they should make Shadowflare be up whenever you like. Take off the cooldown and put it back to a useable spell. Would help lessen the blow a little bit >.>

Lol that guy at first wrote something around 3300-3400 and then edited to 3800. And person whom he's answering to is in top 5 nobalance dps on lakshimi-susano...

And it shows that bane is actually better than painflare.
Also frankly I don't really feel aoe nerf in 70lvl dungeons. I still outdps almost every job on aoe pulls. Even most of BLMs.

Sorry if you feel less and bitter knowing that you might not be able to pull big numbers but that's not my fault. You might need to revisit your rotations.

On a dummy I'm only leaving 26s left (susano ex) Full 314 with only right side all VI and wep VI (materias)

Yourself and Aromi must be living under a rock. Some of us pull a lot of damage too but we don't go around telling everyone or publishing videos about it. I'm not that deluded.

I dont understand why you so offended lol. Difference between parser dps and fflogs dps is about 200-300dps. So 3800 is average if true at all.

My point exactly. If I'm pulling that amount of DPS whats with the exaggeration remarks? And pointing fingers at my edit? Some people are just bitter that's all.

Not bitter. It's sketchy. FF logs does a great job of determining what player's actual dps numbers are. If your buddy parses you at 3800, but Flogs tweaks it to 3400; More likely then not, your actual dps was 3400. Have your friend upload those logs so we can see your glorious top percentile damage.

Also sketchy that immediately after this, you set your FF logs to hidden.
