[NA] Has anyone's Encyclopaedia Eorzea shipped yet?

Got mine today. Used the cheapest shipment. Nice book.

So, living in Montreal, I only had the 35$ "express" shipping option (2-5 days, HA!)

So, can someone explain to me why my package got to Montreal, then got SHIPPED BACK to Louisville?

35$ 2-5 day shipping, 50$ for the book, which translates into more than 100$ CAN, and I'll probably never get the freaking thing...

And yes, I checked the address multiple times, they have the right address, all the info is there.

Never again.

I received mine yesterday.

Not only is it worth the 50 dollars...this book is easily worth 75 dollars.

The information in this book is insane. I wont mention anything as there are some spoilers in it but jeez, I applaud the team putting this together.

302 pages of pure delight.

Maybe something to do with customs? Have you tried contacting the shipper as once it in the postal system SE has no control over it anymore.

It was shipped via the US Postal Service, which is very weird considering I had to pay $35 shipping (only choice in Canada), you'd think that at that price SE would use FedEx, UPS or something.

I already knew there was no way I'd get it between 2-5 days, but at that price, I'd expect my package not to have any problems at customs.

It's a freaking book, why would they return it back?

I ordered mine along with the statue and music disc. I received the confirmation email that stated shipping but the online page still says Validated. Messaged CS and still waiting for a reply.

Looking at the history, it seems more likely the top line on the site just didn't adjust to the new location or perhaps has issues tracking out of country? Hopefully just weird website/tracking issues and you get your book soon.

The price you paid for shipping usually has little to do with how fast it will move though customs, I have had packages spend few hours in customs and also had packages stay in customs for a couple days to a week.

It took two days for CS to get back to me (contacted them Monday morning). Got a less than satisfactory response, but that's how long it took, so you might be in for a wait.
