I sent a ticket because mine too a while to arrive, I didn't get a reply but the mail came shortly after.

That's a beautiful looking mount and I'm disappointed that I'll never have one. The cash shop pricing is getting out of hand. I love the cosmetic stuff and things pouring into the cash shop is one of the reasons I finally left WoW for good. I didn't mind so much paying for items if you weren't around for an event, but the straight to cash shop stuff doesn't sit well with me.
Cash shop on a sub MMO = shame
