Why do people not understand A8?

but you have enough time to run away from boss to avoid the masses of circles everywhere then run back to his but before the dmg comes, there is really no need to bait them

I think its normal mode and you get the same issues as VA and CT back in 2.x days, in that you dont need to go all out and people slack expecting other to not slack. What happens when all the DPS think this way? you enrage.. last week, A8 first pull with no deaths was an enrage with the boss at 45%...... vote abandon request failed and they pulled so I said 1 more go since they know mechanics and we cleared way in front of enrage timer. What was different, all the DPS at least somewhat tried on the second pull.
