Yes. A report was filed.

The guy was already offline when he was kicked

You do not see the reason you were kicked when you get kicked

SE does not put flags on accounts if you get kicked for cheating

The reasons listed are so that your group members know why you are kicking the person so that you don't have to discuss it in chat. You can select any reason you want if someone is offline and needs to be kicked. It does not matter. It does not flag the account.
