SE please change the not-heavy-at-all feeling of DRK attacks

I'm actually on the other end of the spectrum. I kinda felt like DRK would fight similar to how Caius Ballad fought in Final Fantasy XIII-2, with a huge sword that he one-hands and swings like it's an army knife with all sorts of dark magic mixed in with it.

i wish :( ... but no they decided to go another route

It is not only Dark Knight, I feel many classes don't have weight behind their attacks. Feels like I attack with paper.
The sound effect of some skills are very bad also.

3.0 = Berserk 1997

4.0+ = Berserk 2016

If ppl saw the animations for Scourge and Power Slash they would cry for this style of DRK again. Players perception of a "weightless" class is tied directly to the amount of ogcds that class has to spam. DRK has so many ogcds that the animations cut off each other and most animations are just 1-2 slashes. It also doesn't help that thier capstone ability shadowbringer looks similar to FoS. Compare that to WAR with has Primal Rend or PLD which has Confiteor combos. It's also no coincidence that these are gcd actions so you have time to appreciate the animation before pressing another button. Shadowbringer you can double weave into an opener and wouldn't know the difference.

If Shadowbringer looked like the DRK pvp LB then we might have something notable to mention. It's ironic because that animation includes the pose from the Shadowbringers expansion.

Exactly for what you said about the GCD's vs. oGCD's, except honestly for Souleater, it remains as one of the most underwhelming looking GCD's that somehow has still survived the reckoning.

I like busy bursts, but right now DRK has way too many oGCD's, and we lack any ability that feels really meaty to execute, like Power Slash or Scourge. Hell give me old delirium too
