The feathers are a reference for sure. The white doesn't even need that leap as it seems the eagle Hraesvelgr turns into is usually depicted as white already.
The face looks a little asian, but it's still more pointed than the normal chinese dragon, which leads more Norse, not to mention it has horns.
It has four legs and some fur/hair, which seems like some chinese dragon influence.
It takes much more from its norse lore than chinese (or other) influence though. More than Nidhogg, for sure.
Its face reminds me a bit of Smaug from the new Hobbit films.
Midgardsormr is still the most traditional Norse dragon depiction so far.
