IIRC yoshitaka amano was hired by sony to do 2 artwork commissions for soul sacrifice and soul sacrifice delta :D thats why you thought of that game :p
but no we arnt getting SS items in this game, its not owned by Squere-enix

What goes up for preorder on psn is generally based on whether or not sony (not SE) is handing out a bonus for preordering the game, and/or if the size of the market for the game itself. Yes, you'll see preorder options for big, in demand, high anticipation titles available for 2016, but not so much niche titles.
