Hello! A quick question! The clip we're considering runs about 5 seconds over. Is it allowed for us to edit the clip/bgm/fx in order to fit it in the 3 minute time limit?

it seems they have a hard limit of 3 mins so i recommend you trim those 5 extra seconds out any way you can D:

If we take a video from youtube to use for our dub, because the cutscene in question cannot be viewed from The Unending Journey, I assume it will not matter that that will not be our character in the video, right?

Well, I posted my entry to the comedy category only to see that the resolution had been scaled down so far that the quality wasn't acceptable.

I'm going to re-submit the video after I'm done dying of embarrassment.
