Suggestion: Remove "lying down emote restriction"

Most people would just ignore it if they didn't want to see it, by looking somewhere else or not paying attention to it.

You aren't going to stop people from doing silly things in the game either just because you don't like it. I'm sure some juvenile people will go crazy with it at first and do exactly what you said, but after a while they're just going to get bored of it and stop doing it as much or altogether since it serves no purpose to them, except maybe to tick people like you off. In which case, people like you would merely be fanning the flames of the fire instead of ignoring it and letting it burn out on it's own.

Meanwhile everybody else will use it likely as it's intended, to place you character in a laying down position for a number of reasons. (Idling/afking, taking screenshots, and role-playing)

There is a command called /groundsit that ignores the snapping and you can use it almost anywhere.
