It's a good idea to set a rule like that. I'll vote for option 2.
After a new raid content patch (with higher ilvl) hits, only normal markers for a new kill. If at some point we should get a raid content patch in which we don't get higher ilvl, only the same ilvl as before (i know never happened, was never mentioned, but who knows?), it should still be treated as the same tier.
I'll vote for option 1 then.
A First kill is a first kill and tt doesnt matter if u did it 1 day after launch or 2 content patches further if it still hasnt been killed on the server that makes it server first. If people are still complaining that they are to high geared etc they should go with there own group when the content was just released and killed it before there was a upgrade in gear.
But no those people can only complain afterwards when someone finally makes the first T8 savage kill on our server and its a great achievement for «PRide»
So yeah i will vote for option 1.
