"Your Code Has Already Been Used"

I got the same problem my code dont work and why is there a time in the corner after it's get to 0 does it mean we can't redeem it on that account and lose our bonus???

Yeah, I was curious about the timer, too. :/

Yeah I got the PS4 CE version and the code isn't working either. I'll try the email to support and see what I can get from there.

Right next to the "instructions" button there should be another button, I think it says "Download" or "Activate". Pressing that button will give you the code that you need to use at https://preorder.na.finalfantasyxiv.com to select which platform you want early access on and then it will generate your early access code.

Hmm I bought one psychical CE and one Digital and only received one code. Any help? Been on hold with customer support over a hour.

Yep, I don't have the "Download" button. It just shows "Instructions".

Is anyone's order showing up under "My Accounts" My SE Store account has no orders listed.
I was however, able to use the big green link in my confirmation email to access the page and get my code that way.

One of the guys in the facebook page suggested replacing the dashes with spaces. It worked for me and i was able to redeem my code

Ok. So do I go under "enter item code" on mogstation and redeem the early access code there? Because I'm trying to redeem it there but I'm getting the message that my code is invalid. :(
