o_O servers being down during large patches is normal....
They aren't being unreasonable with the down time. There is no need for any sort of reimbursement.

Are they planning on fixing the 9000 frontlines error?
Cause it seems almost like they don't really know or care about it.
I think they're probably out of ideas on how to fix Frontlines and, thus, are working on the servers to maybe solve the problem there. Would also go a long way to fixing lag issues that pop up every so often. To the original post, what do you mean 'we'? I don't have any problems with games taking time to install patches and fix infrastructure. Unless YOU are the community, don't speak FOR the community.
If OP still isn't satisfied with 2.4 content as compensation, here's something else that'll help compensate. We're getting an XP bonus to help get us started on ROG.
