It's probably minor minor fix, I wouldn't be too excited about 1.17c patch.

Unless they release a golden subligar.... then i will do the /panic /dance

Wouldn't it be nice if they say.. released at least ONE piece of gear during these small patches? I know they got gear lying around... maybe a recipe or two?
