Well, the game is called FINAL FANTASY. I'd like to think it'd accurately represent.

Well I'm not sure about the reason behind it, but not mentioning nipples in art is kind of a Japanese thing you can see in any Manga and Anime that is not sexually oriented lol... (which I suppose IS the reason behind not putting them in game)
