Only one of our European players was using Battleping for that kill.
I personally am in Europe (Germany) and can dodge Twisters just fine 90+% of the time without any external programs or help.

To add to what Arin said, I was mistaken; 2/4 non-NA members actually never turned it on for today's attempts because they're silly geese. But 3/4 only started trying it out a few days ago; we've had many attempts where our EU players had 80-90% dodge rates without Battleping. It does help, though.

sooooo... any tips for the fight while the video's not up yet? like did you figure out how to dodge the twisters consistently?

We have what we feel is a solid understanding of twisters. Some of what has been discussed is not far off from our understanding, which we developed about a month ago, but even with us feeling like we know how the mechanic works, twisters are extraordinarily unforgiving. We're going to wait until after we have a video up and we'd also like to allow other FCs some time to attempt the fight before we explain our framework for the fight.

Regardless, I know how your FC is full of great very dedicated players who have helped the community with crafting aspects of the game and strats. I can't wait for the video. I am very impressed you guys beat the t5 super buffed version. ^^

Btw does your bard use the bard macro? Purely curious.

Sorry, nope. You can check our lodestone achievement histories; we never even attempted to investigate the exploit once it was discovered, and you can check through the forums to see who discussed it.

Everyone making attempts at it glitched it, from what I heard. There's a reason they had to shut down the fight for a couple of weeks. Someone I know who is attempting it said they knew of 5 ways to glitch, one of which with everyone alive and in the arena.

Continuing on and killing Twintania and looting the chest after glitching is what is dishonorable.
