Yeah I noticed that awhile back but..don't think so. Probably just reusing NPC's to fill the scene. You only see him for a second or two

Haha sorry ; ; It's just you gotta take into account those kinds of things when analyzing a video game. Just like with the horn, NPCs are assets and sometimes get re-used (for example, there is a F'lhaminn clone where the only diff is her clothes colors are different). I'm guessing they changed the colors slightly on the Neille clone and threw him on that boat as a random elf passenger.

I remember noticing the "Nielle" in that instance as well. So I chatted to him - the personality was very Limsan and didn't align with Nielle's in the slightest.

Indeed, I can't remember who it was or the thread it was in where someone associated Louisoix with Rhalgr and Dalamud, was pretty interesting at the time and that was what I was drawing memory on.

Do you mean like how I take screengrabs, or how I post pics onto photobucket?

For screengrabs, I stick movies into Adobe Premiere and just move the frames forward by one and take pics.

For uploading, I just log into photobucket, click the upload button, then drag and drop the pics in. Once they're uploaded, photobucket provides the [img] tag, so I just copy that and paste it into here.
