Population issues will get fixed either way, unless people stack onto specific servers like Yoshi thought they would.
With option 2, people are forced into coexisting with established communities. Option 4 builds cohesive communities from scratch. The problem is, people are too selfish to give a damn.
It's w/e though, not the end of the world.
Option 2 doesn't force anything on anyone. It's the same exact thing as option 4 except that SE is giving us recommended servers to choose instead of it being totally up to us. This helps current communities stick together, which was one of the main reasons people rejected option 4. But it also gives anyone and everyone the choice to go where ever they want.
