But definitely not the only way :P If you hate the fight, opt out ;)

So frustrated. Last night I was with a really great PF group. Got to the super bomb phase, everyone was alive and kicking and that's when my Comcast decided to stop working. He was probably at about 30-35% health and we were doing great when I got disconnected for over an hour.
It's because of post like that, that everything is going so easy. For me Titan Ex is one the funniest fight to play in this game. I wish I can see more falling stuff in this game.
Funny thing is that people are raving about dodging mechanics in new mmos. It's becoming the standard in the mmo "meta" (if you will). Removal from fights is harsh, but much too easy content might be a bit worse.
Nobody recently has complained about dodging mechanics. The last few comments were more about being stuck in a lot of bad groups who can't clear it. That's my main issue.
Good for you Devildante ^_^ I feel the same, I'll simply pointing to any who don't enjoy the fight that their pain is totally self inflicted. I enjoy the Titan fight myself (only done HM but I'm sure I'll enjoy EX too) and find instant KO's / knockouts raise the thrill (edge of your seat) level.
It's not about the difficulty of the content. There are clearly people who enjoys Titan Ex and are capable of clearing it. It's about newbies screwing up a good group. Players who haven't had enough practice yet keeps joining kill groups and ruining it for the players who's been practice for weeks to get a clear. What concerns me is that when I find myself in a kill party where we can't even get past the heart phase. That's what frustrating about Titan, not being able to find a decent group.
Then you haven't looked at Leviathan Extreme, he does the same thing. It's a factor to make the game more difficult. If you can't handle the mechanic you're probably not suited / prepared for it.
To be honest, it's pretty easy to dodge the landslides if you know the rotation. A game without instant kill mechanics would be too monotone, and it would make it boring in the end.
