Sorry SE, but endgame won't work if you don't fix something.

it's too late now. Once the first month is up some people will leave and most of them won't be back. Some people would say that's great, but it's going to hurt this game long-term.

But it is what it is. Find what fun you can imo, after all it's just entertainment.

This problem will show its real face when the free time will expire...sadly but true and many will not resubscribe if this its not fixed.But u must take the fact that for any of us that replay here are like 100 uther people that will never bother to go on the forums for this problem or any uther problem.
So this is by no mean a small problem!...Someone says here that he tried Titan like more than 100 times and will rage quit becouse of this problem but imagine the rest of the people he party with on thouse 100 runs!Will they accept this problem and resub to the game?Moust of them will also quit.
Becouse moust of the content,story and quest are gone once u hit lv 50 with one clas and lv up any uther clas in few days and becouse crafting in my opinion its like an uncut diamond(such a big waste of a good mecanick making it usles at lv 50)wot its left to do?The lv 50 content.When u cant do that either becouse of the problems we have with this server delay wots left to do?

Made a thread referencing this thread in the Japanese forums to gauge the Japanese response. (As I noted that some have expressed a feeling that Square Enix isn't responding to this thread because they only care about the Japanese player-base.)

I'm pleased to report that based on the replies so far, it seems the Japanese player-base too feels this is a major problem and has so-far gone unaddressed by Square Enix; without so much as a response.

Well that's one that took notice, I wonder if the other sites I mentioned will report on the same issue.

I got Pingzapper and haven't had issues with Titan HM whatsoever
