Request for information: ISPs and P2P throttling

- any time of the day on login, sometimes it doesn't. EA was fine, this started after release

My internet is through Ohio State University in USA. Problem always occurs

Lag is bad this weekend. It's inconsistent, sometimes i can play for a few hours fine, but it keeps coming back. Constat start stopping, some lag spikes up to 5 seconds. Contacted Verizon support and they were useless. Ran me through the same tests I already did and then told me the problem was the game.

A little bit through out the day slight rubber banding and delays, really bad during prime time 6pm-11pm EST and all day every day on weekends.

- Country of Residence: United States, Maryland (20715)
- When does the problem occur (always, only during specific times?): The problem occurs most heavily in the duty finder and instances/Fates. I will start getting lag spikes with R(0).
- Reference number from your ISP, if you raised this matter with them

What happens to our free trial, the game is unplayable with the constant 90k and lag spikes? It has been a week and still no fix.
