All seemed to be geared except for a Tank who was new.

Thank you, that puts me at ease.

MRW I'm on monk... the tank grabs a huge pull and comes to a stop in gathering - so I pop perfect balance to start blasting mobs when I can..... and the tank starts moving the mob just out of range between Rockbreakers, too much.... and PB goes down while trying to constantly reposition between RBs (and effectively missing out on the RB spam).

Also goes for tanks constantly spinning monsters, for no apparent reason, while on monk.
