The only thing i can think of working this whole limited jobs thingy without making it normal job is by adding a separate jobs that is limited in nature as well. so that they can queue together. But only imagining the amount of resources and budget needed for that is ridiculous. and the fact that they need to update it every expansion/every few patches independently from other jobs is insane. but otherwise, blue mage is really in a tight spot as a playable content.

Wondrous Trials entries they can already do that, but they cannot queue and they have to be done with a premade party plus some rather much unsync it. Wondrous Trials didn’t require you to sync to the trial or raid except for the roulette Wondrous Trials.

It doesn't and it is proven because there is no job gauge or anything new being done to Blue Mage other than new spells which is just basic gist of Blue Mage and not being creative. All they have done to add new spells is reusing old animations and adjusting the effects. The other exclusive stuff is just basic content filler. Blue Mage Log, Hunting Log 2.0 but instead of X amount of mobs to hunt you now have to clear every past dungeon as an all BLU party (As if an All Tank/Heal/DPS party hasn't been done before as a past fun time in Party Finder). Seriously they just made a past time community activity into an official activity with rewards, which really isn't a step up in creativity. I mean we have seen all Paladin parties for raids back then in HW. Masked Carnival, that is new but its just adding on new stages by new stages and it is more of a content island exclusively for Blue Mage which I don't mind.
Limited Job are less suited for party-based content
Two things... Spells that involves another party member and achievements and Blue Mage log. Seriously nothing more needed to be said. It is slowly being integrated into group content and eventually it'll fit as a normal job that has the ability to customize its skill set.
Limited Jobs are intended for players that want to play solo
Masked Carnival? Sure! Old content synced? No and clearing the dungeon past 25 minutes or longer (while synced) doesn't count. Plus with the ability to learn spells at a 100% rate in a group of any composition as long there is one Blue Mage and the duty is synced, only the Blue Mage in that party will learn the spell and the learn rate is a guarantee. So now we are slowly starting to move Blue Mage into doing group content as a party.
Honestly speaking, dropping Limited Job System is a better idea since there is nothing worthwhile to invest into. Blue Mage content will still be there even when it becomes normal, since the Masked Carnival can be balanced to the Job itself and really doesn't affect anyone. As for the achievements, it'll still be there mainly cause Blue Mage is capable with all three roles even after it is balanced. Plus they didn't adjust the old raids to fit an all Blue Mage party when they release the 5.15 Blue Mage patch, so after the job has been balanced it can still obtain the achievement. If you're worried about these exclusive achievements and content gone. Don't be, it'll still be there. They are in no way related to the Limited Job, rather more related to Blue Mage itself. It is like moving your furniture from one apartment to another, where the Blue Mage and it's exclusive content are the furniture and the house the Limited Job system. You move to a new house for a better one, so I think it is time for Blue Mage move out and live in a better house which is the Normal Job system.
As for beastmaster, we already have a foundation to work with, the mobs from Bozja and Summoner. If you want the laziest idea possible then think of Beastmaster as Summoner except without the spells and replaced with a hand axe weapon skills and egi assault replaced with bestial assault. Plus most of Beastmaster's ability will be directly related to pet. -
